Sherston, BlackCat and SEMERC are acquired by BLI
Sherston Publishing Group, BlackCat Software and SEMERC have been sold by a Granada Learning associate business to the BLI Group, which also owns TAG Learning and Economatics Education.
Granada Learning said: "We are pleased that we have found an appropriate home for the Sherston, SEMERC and BlackCat businesses. We are confident that they will prosper within BLI where they provide a natural complement to the existing TAG Learning and Economatics operations. Meanwhile, the Granada Learning Group will continue to focus upon building and developing its successful and market-leading assessment and performance business and look forward to continued growth as we explore the many new and exciting opportunities ahead."
